SCATTERBRAIN MAGAZINE is a Montréal and New York City based art, fashion, photography and music magazine. We aim to bring attention to up and coming artists, musicians, designers and other creatives, as well as shed light to all that the cities have to offer.
The idea for the magazine developed when our co-editor-in-chief Nia Blankson stumbled upon youth art magazines from the 1980s that her mother had when she was studying abroad in Germany.
She reached out to friends about the idea, and immediately, our other co-editor-in-chief Jeanne Bransbourg was first to join on the project.
From there, they assembled a team of their friends, fellow creatives, built with an abundance of talent and ideas, and the Scatterbrain Team was formed.

Luthur interviewed by Nia Blankson
NIA: Can you tell me a bit about if there’s been any influences from you having a background in classical piano, if that’s played into your music?
LUTHER: I think it definitely has, especially with my inspiration with how I make my music. I really like jazz and older soul music.
